Tiersolution inc. was founded in 1997 in Silicon Valley by a team of software developers who saw a need for a dedicated solutions provider in the areas of Object Oriented Design and distributed architecture. TierSolution provides companies and organizations with world-class specialists who use the latest technologies.

We are a “software and web developer shop” which assists companies to create, modify, and expand their software and/or web site(s). We specialize in .NET and Java. We help companies analyze their needs and suggest solutions based on their budget and time. We also specialized in creating thin clients by moving the business rules from the presentation layer (UI). We support the major databases such as Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server.

With the intention of cutting cost and increasing efficiency, TierSolution has opened its off-shore development center in India. TierSolution’s Indian office is situated in Bangalore, India’s “Silicon Valley”. The Offshore Development Centre has certified development teams with great experience to perform project work exclusively for a client, and remain under the control of the client.

The Center operates as part of the client’s own IT department and can, optionally, also be managed directly by the client. In any event, TierSolution can place a team manager directly on the client’s site to ensure seamless liaison with the customer OR the person from the US office act as a middleman exchanging information between client and the development team. In this way the client obtains the benefit of a certified process methodology followed by qualified software professionals at a world-class, offshore development centre working in tandem with a team of analysts and implementers at the customer site.
