TierSolution, with its combination of a vast technology network and technology skills, has expanded its list of services to include permanent and full-time recruiting. This will be an additional service to TierSolution's already well known consulting abilities. CEO Patrick Tardif states, "This was a natural for us. We are technology people committed to the right fit into organizations. It made sense that we could utilize these skills in combination to help companies in their quest to find the right individual for the culture and fit of the job. Employee matching is costly when it doesn't work. We are here to make the perfect fit." TierSolution has already signed agreements with major companies to provide placement services.

TierSolution launches new version of its website. The new design fits with the high quality of design and development for which TS is known. The content has also been expanded to show selective pieces from our portfolio as well as an FAQ section for clients. TierSolution's Team Design is credited for creating a sophisticated and easy to navigate site that is both appealing and functional. More features will be added to the site over time as TS increases its product line with SynchoDesk (TM).

Jan 2003 TS helps found eBig-the East Bay IT Group

TierSolution's executives have helped to form a non-profit in the SF East Bay regional organization dedicated to promoting the technology community and spurring technology economic development. With many Special Interest Groups, events, memberships, and other activities, EBIG is poised to become the premier east bay technology forum. TierSolution is donating the entire EBIG.org website architecture and design and will continue to support the institution with both financial and time assistance.

TierSolution has committed to bringing more features to the EBIG.org website and adding new technologies to its already robust site. The entire site is a dynamic site with membership, event registration, administration access levels, email notifications and blasts, sign-ups, calendaring and many other additional features coming soon.
